Refund and Return Policy
All products sold by Empress Lynn Designs are digital products. No physical products will be shipped.
Due to the digital and downloadable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after a digital product has been purchased.
Customers receive access to their digital files after payment is completed. Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, file type, size, software requirements, and usage terms before purchasing.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Changing your mind after purchasing
- Purchasing the wrong product
- Not having the correct software or equipment
- Problems caused by your device, printer, internet connection, or third-party software
- Differences in screen colors and printed colors
- Failure to download the files before a download link expires
- Lack of knowledge about how to open, edit, print, or use the files
Please contact us if:
- You received the wrong digital file
- The file is damaged or will not open
- A file listed in the product description is missing
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- You did not receive access to your purchase
Customers must contact us within 7 days of purchase and provide their name, order number, email address used during checkout, and a description of the problem.
When a verified technical issue involves the product file or delivery system, Empress Lynn Designs will provide a replacement file or corrected download link.
